The Abuse Continues and Jackson County Georgia Child Protective Services is the Abuser
These are the children who are on the auction block by Jackson County DFCS in Jackson County Georgia
As most of you know my daughter Samantha Thomason has written a couple of blogs on this site. Well things for her have gotten worse. Jackson County Georgia Department of Family and Children Services are trying to strong arm her into signing over her children. They have no grounds for this stealing of her children. However, they are going to try and sell her children under the guise of the Adoption and Safe Families Act which was signed into law by Bill Clinton which gives the county up to 6000.00 per child that is adopted out. To add insult to injury the adopting family will make between 500- 700.00 per month per child until they reach 18 years old.
They have become bigger abusers than her boyfriend ever was.
Jackson County Georgia along with Rebecca last name unknown, Stephanine Smith DFCS case worker and Deidre last name unknown have now become the abusers. Instead of giving Samantha a hand up they are punishing her because she is poor, the economy is bad and jobs are non existent in Jackson County – and housing has a waiting line three days long. The family court judge refuses to listen and refuses to allow her any witnesses.
DFCS uses the excuse that the records are protected and her laywer can’t even get them as discovery. The reason they have no case. However, they continue to brow beat her- mentally abuse her threaten her and intimadate her – trying to force he to sign away her children.
This should be illegal they should be charged with abuse.
They won’t charge her with a criminal act because if they do then they have to turn over the files in discovery and they have no case.
It is time for her to stop being abused by the system. It is time they give her the children back and shut this thing down.
They will be responsible for the consequences .

Yvonne, $4,000 to $6,000 is just the minimum amount of money they receive from ASFA (the Adoption and Safe Families Act). For every “special needs” label they can plaster on the child, the amount goes up considerably. Make no mistake, ALL children removed by CPS can and will be labeled with as many special needs tags as they can possibly be labeled with. They will take them to doctor after doctor, therapist after therapist, until they find one willing to go along with their diabolical plans. They don’t have to look far. Most doctors and therapists are on CPS’s payroll so they know which ones to take the children to from the very beginning. North Carolina DSS made $85,000 off of one of my children and $70,000 on the other JUST from ASFA. That does NOT include Title IV-E funding. So it’s way more than $6,000 that they make off of the sale of our children. That’s just the baseline.
What is really sad about this is that the children that ASFA was meant to help, they’re the ones still languishing in the foster care system. They target “marketable” children only. They leave the truly abused and neglected children in their homes because they’re too damaged to bring in any money off of the foster/adopt market.
So for those of you who think that CPS (or whatever name they go by) is this altruistic, benevolent and wonderful agency that protects our children, you really need to do some research. Children are being needlessly removed from families just because of poverty. They’re taking newborns from low-income families right out of the hospital for no other reason than they’re poor. They’re nothing more than breeders for the states.

That is so true. The first amount is just the beginning. This blog is now on the net and out there. A email has been sent to the attorney my next step is another letter to the judge and also all the letters I have written prior to that as well as the new will be sent to the local paper. I am just getting started. I will included names and numbers. They have finally brought out the evil twin which I have named Layla and she is nasty.

Okay, Layla, what’s my evil twin’s name gonna be, lol? CPS brought her out and I can’t put her back in, nor do I want to. CPS is going to be sorry that they ever messed with this mom. I will bring them to their knees if I can.
I have just started an international CPS corruption blog today because I have found that many other countries are just as corrupt and out of control as the U.S. is and I’m going to hopefully raise awareness about that. It is especially bad in Canada, England and Australia. These people are out of control and need to be reined in.
